Trip to a forest

This Saturday – the last weekend of summer, me and my friends (Oksana, klon and ‘coj’) went to a forest. The place is located ~50 km from Vilnius – it’s really beautiful.

I don’t want to tell the name of the place, because it will be easily located. And i don’t want to see it ruined the next time i’ll go there. Lithuanian people like to ruin beautiful landscape.

Our train left at 12:00 and the trip lasted for more than an hour. We got to the place at about 13:15. Then – 1-2 kilometers of walking.

My friends couldn’t resist collecting some fungus on our way to the destination, so it took as another half an hour or even a bit more to walk just 1-2 kilometers.

Anyway, we stayed there for the night in our tents. We thought that it will be very cold, but somehow i didn’t feel any cold at all!

Sad that our other friends didn’t stay with us for the night, but … well… it was great even thought there were only 4 of us!

Sorry for the quality – i was taking pictures with my mobile phone, because my cameras batteries died :(

    Thanks for pictures :)

    And as a biologist I have some thing to say – we were collecting mushrooms, and not fungus, which is the “grzyb” on the walls, for example, not the one in the forest :)

    And I’m really glad you like the place. We should go there next summer, but for a trip longer than only day and half :)
